Partner in legal practice specializing in the defense of work related injuries, subrogation, employer liability for wrongful terminations, discrimination and misconduct, general liability, auto versus auto liability, opinions to carriers regarding duty to defend and indemnify, coverage disputes and opinions to carriers regarding bad faith, and director's and officer's liability. Mr. Gurvitz has successfully litigated literally hundreds of case, both civil and workers compensation cases, with extraordinary positive results.
